Pricing
How are your prices determined?
Based on scope and monthly workload. In ad management, the service fee is separate from your ad budget. After a call we prepare a tailored, itemized quote.
Is the ad budget included in the agency fee?
No. The ad budget is paid directly to Google or Meta from your own account. The agency service fee is invoiced separately. This way you can see all spending from your own dashboard.
Do you require upfront payment?
For ongoing work we bill monthly; for project work usually in two installments — a start and a delivery payment. Details are stated clearly in the quote.

What services do you offer?
Digital ad management (Google Ads and Meta), social media management, SEO, Google Maps optimization (GEO), web design and development, video production with editing, and graphic design. You can take these services individually or as a package.
Can I get just a single service?
Yes. Our services can be taken independently. However, when taken together (for example ads + landing page + creative production), we see results improve markedly.
How long is the contract?
For ongoing work such as ads and social media management, we usually recommend a minimum period of 3 months, because optimization needs data to accumulate to give meaningful results. For project-based work such as websites and design, the duration is set by the scope.

Ad management
Whose name is the ad account opened under?
Under your name. We work with manager access. Even if the work ends, the account, historical data and audience lists stay with you.
SEO and GEO
Do you guarantee first-page ranking?
No. Google does not present ranking as something guaranteeable; we advise caution toward agencies that promise it. Instead of guarantees, we offer a written work plan and measurable progress.
How long does SEO take to show results?
The effect of technical fixes can be seen within 3–6 weeks. Reaching the first page for competitive keywords usually takes 4–8 months.
Why don't I appear on Google Maps?
The most common reasons: an unverified business profile, wrong primary category, missing service info and too few reviews. We can do a free profile audit and list the gaps.
Social media
Do I approve the content?
Yes. The social media content calendar, ad copy and blog posts are submitted for your approval before going live.
Do you do shooting/filming?
Yes. Social media packages usually include a monthly shooting day. We also do product, location and promotional film shoots on a project basis.
Process and reporting
How often do I get reports?
A detailed monthly report is standard. In ad management you can also see live data anytime from your own dashboard. A monthly review meeting is also part of the process.
Who is assigned to us?
Each client has a single point of contact. The technical team works behind the scenes, but you deal with one person; the process doesn't get scattered.
How quickly do you respond?
On average 4 hours during business hours. In urgent cases you can reach us faster via WhatsApp.
