Video Production, Editing and Post
Commercials, promo videos, reels and product shoots — the whole process from script to edit.
We shoot and edit the videos that tell your story. A commercial, a short Instagram video, a product shoot — from camera to edit, it's all with us.
Video is the content type with the highest engagement in digital. But a well-shot video is not automatically a good ad. Before we start shooting, we clarify where the video will run and what it should make people do.
Formats we produce
Brand film
A 60–120 second production that tells your corporate identity, used on the website and in presentations.
Ad creative
6–30 second videos for Meta and YouTube, built to grab attention in the first 3 seconds.
Reels and short video
Regular monthly production for the social feed. Vertical format, captioned, suitable for silent viewing.
Product and location shoots
Studio or on-site shooting for e-commerce and catalogs, product detail videos.
Editing and post
If you already have footage, we also offer editing only: cut, color grading, audio cleanup, captions and graphics. From the same shoot we produce versions in different lengths and ratios for different platforms.
Delivery
Videos are delivered separately according to the technical requirements of the platform where they'll be used (resolution, aspect ratio, duration, file size). Raw footage is given to you on request.
What should a corporate brand film cover?
A good brand film doesn't tell everything about the company, only what viewers need to know to make a decision. The script usually covers these points:
- What you do: In the first seconds, in one sentence.
- How you do it: Real footage from your production, service or workplace.
- Who does it: Faces from the team and short interviews.
- Why you: A customer review, a reference project or what sets your process apart.
- What to do now: A closing that points to contact, a quote or the website.
Social media video shoots and YouTube editing
An ad film is shot once; social media constantly needs new video. That's why, for brands that work with us on an ongoing basis, we batch shoot days in a planned way: a single shoot day yields reels and short videos to post throughout the month.
For brands with a YouTube channel, we handle the editing of long-form videos, their captions, and short versions cut from the long video. Vertical reels, horizontal YouTube and square ad formats are each edited separately from the same shoot.
If you have footage that was shot before but never used, we can put it to work too: new edits, short subtitled versions and different ad variations can be cut from the videos in your archive.
How does a promotional video shoot work?
A promotional video shoot goes through three stages: pre-production, the shoot day and post-production editing. The part that takes the most time and has the biggest influence on the result is the preparation before the camera starts rolling.
Pre-production
In the brief meeting we discuss where the film will be published and what it should get viewers to do. A script and a scene-by-scene shot list are then prepared and sent to you for approval. Location permits, shooting times, the people appearing on camera and their outfits are all settled at this stage.
Shoot day
We work through the shot list. In scenes with dialogue, sound is recorded separately, and product and location shots are taken again from different angles. Scenes that will be used vertically for social media are planned during the shoot as well; cropping afterwards does not always give good results.
Post-production
Editing, colour grading, audio cleanup, music, subtitles and graphics are added. The first cut is sent to you for approval, revisions are applied and versions are exported for each platform.
How should you prepare for the shoot day?
Tidying the areas to be filmed in advance, making sure products are clean and labelled, and sending the people appearing on camera the topics they will talk about a few days ahead all shorten the shoot. Details such as branded clothing, screen content or documents that should not appear on camera are also noted on the shot list. Having someone from the business on set who can make decisions means problems that come up during the shoot can be solved on the spot.
If scenes featuring customers are planned, they also need to be informed in advance and their permission obtained. If filming takes place in an operating shop or clinic, quieter hours with fewer customers are chosen; that way operations are not disrupted and nobody appears on camera without permission.
How to choose a video production agency
When choosing a video production agency, look less at the showreel and more at examples made in the format you will use, who will own the usage rights and what the quote covers. An impressive showreel alone does not show how the agency works on commercial videos or product videos.
- Format examples: ask for examples of the type you want, whether vertical Reels, a product video or an interview-led corporate film.
- Music licensing: ask whether the music used in the film is licensed for advertising and social media. Unlicensed music can lead to the audio being muted on video platforms or the ad being rejected.
- Personal consent: find out whether image release consent has been obtained from the employees or actors appearing on camera.
- Quote scope: script, shoot days, equipment, editing, voice-over, subtitles and number of versions should be listed separately.
- Raw footage: the quote should state whether the raw footage will be handed over to you.
Look at the way they communicate as well. A team that asks for your written approval at the script stage and shares the shot list in advance will not spring surprises at the editing stage. With a team that only talks about equipment in the brief meeting and never asks what the film should achieve, the result is often a beautiful but aimless video.
Where does AI video production actually help?
In video production, AI speeds up tasks such as subtitles, audio cleanup, translation and producing multiple versions; but it does not replace a promotional film that needs to show your real product, premises and team. Customers want to trust that what they see is real.
Where AI-powered tools genuinely help:
- Generating a draft of automatic subtitles and then correcting them by hand
- Cleaning up audio recorded in noisy locations
- Producing test variations of an ad video with different opening lines
- Creating abstract visuals for backgrounds or transitions
Realistic-looking AI footage, however, needs care. YouTube requires creators to disclose realistic altered or synthetic content when uploading, and Meta and TikTok can label such content too. Footage showing a product feature that does not actually exist can also lead to consumer complaints and ad rejection.
The same care is needed with audio: AI voice-overs that imitate a real person’s voice without permission carry both legal and reputational risk. If AI voice-over is used, licensed voice libraries cleared for commercial use are preferred.
That is why the safer route is to film the scenes that present your product and service for real, and to use AI for supporting elements where needed.
