Scope
Pursuant to Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, your prior consent is obtained before commercial electronic messages (e-mail, SMS, call) can be sent to you.
Content of the consent
If you give consent, campaigns, discounts, new service announcements, informative content and event invitations may be sent.
Withdrawing consent
You may refuse to receive messages at any time, without giving any reason. You can use the link at the bottom of each message, change your preference in your account settings, or write to info@agodijitalmedya.com.tr. A refusal notice is processed within 3 business days at the latest.
Record
Your consent is recorded together with the date, time and IP address, and reported to the Message Management System (İYS).
