1. Data controller
Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by A-GO Dijital Medya as the data controller, within the scope described below.
2. Personal data processed
Through the contact and quote forms on our website, the following are processed: name-surname, e-mail address, phone number, company name, the content of your request, and technical data (IP address, browser information, pages visited).
3. Purposes of processing
Your personal data is processed to evaluate and respond to your request, prepare a quote, carry out contract processes, measure service quality and fulfil legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
Your data is processed under Art. 5/2 of the KVKK on the grounds of being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, the legitimate interest of the data controller, and your explicit consent.
5. Transfer
Your data may be transferred to our suppliers providing hosting, e-mail and analytics services, only to the extent the service requires and with the necessary technical and administrative measures taken.
6. Retention period
Request records are kept within the periods stipulated by the relevant legislation and the framework of legitimate interest; at the end of the period they are deleted or anonymized.
7. Your rights
Under Art. 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to learn the purpose of processing, to request correction or deletion, to request restriction of processing and to demand compensation for damages.
