1. Parties and subject
This agreement regulates the terms of membership between A-GO Dijital Medya ("Site") and the user who becomes a member of the site ("Member").
2. Membership
Membership is completed by filling in the registration form correctly and completely and by approving this agreement. The Member accepts that the information provided is accurate.
3. Account security
The Member is responsible for the confidentiality of the account password and for all transactions made through the account. Any unauthorized use must be reported to the Site immediately.
4. Obligations of the Member
The Member agrees not to act contrary to applicable legislation, not to violate the rights of others, and not to engage in actions that would harm the site.
5. Termination of membership
The Member may request termination of membership at any time. The Site may suspend or terminate membership in case of breach of the agreement. Termination of membership does not automatically end ongoing service contracts.
6. Personal data
Personal data processed within the scope of membership is processed within the framework of the Disclosure Notice and Privacy Policy.
