In Ankara, social media speaks to very different audiences, from a café on Tunalı to a manufacturer in OSTİM. We set up your account for your sector and manage it remotely, to a plan.
We shoot, write, and post for your Instagram account and handle incoming messages. You do your job; your account stays full and lively on its own.
Social media management in Ankara does not run on a single recipe. The followers of a venue that fills up in the evenings around Kızılay and Tunalı and the followers of a company producing machine parts in İvedik are often not even on the same platform. On this page we explain how we set up account management in the capital by business type, neighbourhood and the city’s calendar, and how the work runs smoothly remotely while our office is in Istanbul.
For businesses selling to consumers, Instagram and TikTok; for companies selling to organisations, a LinkedIn company page; for healthcare and education providers, Instagram combined with informative content is usually the right starting point. With strong industrial, public-sector and technology sides in Ankara, this distinction needs to be made from the very start.
| Business type | Key area | Main platform | Content focus |
|---|---|---|---|
| Café, restaurant, boutique | Tunalı, Kızılay, Bahçelievler | Instagram, TikTok | Venue, menu, events |
| Industrial and manufacturing company | OSTİM, İvedik | LinkedIn company page | Production capability, trade fairs, team |
| Technopark company | Technoparks on university campuses | LinkedIn, Instagram | Product, team culture, recruitment |
| Clinic and healthcare provider | Çankaya, Ümitköy | Doctors explaining, information, booking | |
| Course and training centre | Kızılay, Bahçelievler | Instagram, TikTok | Enrolment period, student questions |
| Gym, nursery, family business | Ümitköy, Etimesgut, Eryaman | Instagram, WhatsApp | Schedule, announcements, parent communication |
The table is a starting point, not a rule. Say a language school in Bahçelievler easily reaches students on TikTok, but the parents who make the enrolment decision are on Instagram; in that case, the two accounts carry the same message in different tones.
In Ankara, the academic year, public-sector working hours and official holidays clearly shape the content calendar. Between the autumn start of the university year and the summer break, activity at cafés, student residences and courses around Kızılay and Bahçelievler changes; posting frequency and promotions are adjusted accordingly.
In the centre, where public-sector and office workers are concentrated, lunchtime and the end of the working day are times venue accounts should test. In mainly residential areas such as Ümitköy, Çayyolu and Eryaman, evenings and weekends may come first. We test these assumptions in the first month and set permanent posting times from the account’s own data.
If posts are to go out on national holidays and days of remembrance, we discuss the tone separately. Followers of companies that work with public institutions pay attention to the language of such posts; a simple text instead of a ready-made celebration template, and sometimes not posting at all, is more fitting.
For industrial and technology companies, the job of a LinkedIn company page is not to collect followers but to give confidence to the buyers and engineers researching the company. Before adding a supplier to their list, these people check whether the page is active and whether the company really manufactures.
Say a company in İvedik does precision machining. A few posts a month are enough: the installation of a new machine, a short look at a part’s measurement process, an announcement of an upcoming trade fair. Regular, real content shows the buyer visiting the page that the company is active.
Our only office is in Bakırköy, Istanbul; with Ankara businesses we run the whole process through video calls, a shared calendar and written approval. Since most social media management is screen-based work anyway, distance does not slow down the daily flow.
The measure depends on the type of business: for venues and clinics, calls, direction requests and booking messages via the profile; for industrial and technopark companies, connections and quote requests from the LinkedIn page and visits directed to the website.
To separate traffic to the website in GA4, we add UTM parameters to post and bio links; that way you can see what visitors from LinkedIn or Instagram do on the site. A common mistake is an industrial company judging its LinkedIn work by the number of likes. A single quote request from the right company means more than a large number of likes.
